On the 29th and 30th of January, Ideum and the New Mexico Wine and Grape Growers Association will be sharing a booth at the Unified Wine and Grape Symposium. We are teaming up to celebrate the rich history of winemaking in the state with some of the newest wine-tasting technology.
New Mexico is the oldest wine-growing region in the United States, with Spanish friars introducing the Mission grape in 1629. To celebrate the unique history of New Mexico wine, we will be hosting interactive tasting sessions that include wines from New Mexico that feature the Mission Grape Listan Prieto.
One of the wines that will be featured is VARA’s New Mexico Sparkling Brut, which includes the mission grape Listan Prieto. The sparkling wine recently won a double gold medal and received a 98-point rating at the San Francisco International Wine Competition.
Visitors of the booth will be one of the first to try out the Tasting Table and Wine Experience. They will have the opportunity to have an interactive tasting experience, receive more information about the customizable software, and learn more about purchasing a Tasting Table for their own tasting room or wine bar.
You can visit the Tasting Table and Wine Experience in Booth A2315 in Ballroom A (level 2). We would love to see you there. If you would like to schedule an appointment to meet with one of our sales representatives, you can reach out to sales@ideum.com.
