The Tasting Table and Wine Experience will be back in California on May 14th! We are visiting the Wine Sales Symposium, hosted by Wine Industry Network. Visitors to the symposium have the opportunity to experience an interactive wine tasting with the Tasting Table.
The Wine Sales Symposium will take place at the Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country in Santa Rosa. The event focuses on data-driven decision-making, consumer behavior, sales optimization, and helping wineries thrive in today's evolving industry.
The Tasting Table is a revolutionary way to taste wine. It deepens the tasting experience, fosters conversation between guests, and adds an interactive element to a tasting room. All generations enjoy the table and it is a great tool to bring younger guests into the tasting room.
The Tasting Table and Wine Experience are also a great tool to boost sales. Jennie Thornton, the wine educator at the New Mexico Wine Studio, shares that guests often buy 2-3 bottles of wine extra on top of what they are already purchasing when they interact with the Tasting Table that’s installed in New Mexico Wine Association’s tasting room in Albuquerque, NM.
At the Wine Sales Symposium, visiting wineries can try out the Tasting Table and Wine Experience. We will host tastings with wines from Saini Vineyards, a local Sonoma winery. At the Symposium, visitors will experience what it’s like to interact with the table. We will also share more information about the Content Management System (CMS), which allows Tasting Table owners to create tastings with their wines and add background information about their winery and tasting analytics.
Not available for the Wine Sales Symposium? The Tasting Tasting Table will stay in Santa Rosa at the Museum of Sonoma County until the beginning of the month. More information on events at the museum will follow soon!
